I believe that people can change their lives for the better, and my goal as a therapist is to help you meet your personal goals. My background includes the study of the brain and behaviour, with a focus on the effect of sleep loss on emotions. I have experience using psychotherapy and biofeedback to assist people in coping with a variety of difficulties, including recovery from accidents or injuries, stress, anxiety, panic attacks, chronic pain, depression, and insomnia. Life presents many challenges and we are here to help you when you need support. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, I completed my Honour's Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology at Wilfrid Laurier University and my Master of Art's degree in psychology at Brock University.
